Update a Support Automation Access Level

You can update a Support Automation access level to allow privacy level editing by the end user, modify the default the privacy level, or define the end-user client launch mode for an end-user access level. You can modify the queues, automated tasks, and tools analysts use in the Support Automation Analyst Interface for an analyst access level. You can make the access level inactive if you no longer want to use it.

To update a Support Automation access level

  1. Select Security and Role Management, Support Automation Access Control from the Administration tab.

    The Support Automation Access List page appears.

  2. Click an Support Automation access.

    The Support Automation Access Level Detail page appears.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Update Support Automation Access Type page appears.

  4. Modify the appropriate fields and click Save.

    The access level is saved.
