Update an Issue Template Association

You can specify which Issue ticket templates are available for the Analyst UI. You can also set the template as default or inactive.

To update an issue template association

  1. Select Service Desk Integration, Issue Templates Association from the Support Automation menu.

    The Issue Templates Association List page appears.

  2. Click an issue templates association link.

    The Issue Template Association Detail page appears.

  3. Click Edit to modify any of the following fields:
    Tenant

    Specifies the tenant.

    Default

    Specifies if the template is the default template.

    Active

    Specifies if the template is active.

    Click Save.

    The issue template is saved.
