View Action Content

You can view the details of the live action URLs that let you define actions for your end users. Knowledge Management lets you link knowledge documents with automated tasks, so you can embed Self Service scripts into knowledge documents.

To view Action Content

  1. On the Administration tab, browse to Knowledge, Action Content.

    The Action Content List appears.

  2. The page displays action details and execution options.
    Name

    Displays the name of the action content.

    Code

    Specifies the HTML code that links the action content to the document.

    Action URL

    Specifies the URL link that performs some type of action, such as opening a website or a form.

    Search

    Searches for items by name.

    Show Filter

    Searches for items in the Comment List page. You can complete one or more of the search fields and click Search. The Action Content List page displays the items that match your criteria.

    Create New

    Creates an action content link.

  3. Search or action content that you can use with Knowledge Management and Support Automation.

    The search results appear.
