View the Active Sessions

You can view details about all your active assistance sessions, such as the end-user name, tenant, and localization. You can also see the CA SDM ticket associated with the session, other analysts logged into the session, and the session status.

To view the active sessions

  1. Click Active Sessions.

    The Active Sessions View appears.

  2. (Optional) Double-click a session name.

    The session details dialog appears.
