The Attribute Control List tab displays information about controlled attributes designated as required (must supply) or locked (cannot update) depending on the ticket status. The list captures the attribute name, tenant, and status of the record. The list also records the required and locked values of the operation performed (update or insert).You can display the Attribute Control List for each ticket type.
The Attribute Control List tab displays the following attributes:
Displays the name of the attribute control.
Displays the name of the tenant.
Displays the name of the required attribute control.
Specifies the attribute as locked (read only) while the ticket is in the status for which the dependent attribute is defined.
