View Notification History

You can see the notification history for the currently logged in user, or for the currently open ticket record.

Note: If multi-tenancy is installed, select the appropriate tenant from the drop-down list. The public (shared) option creates the object for all tenants.

To view notification history for the currently logged in user

  1. From the main CA SDM page or a list page, select View, Notification History.

    The Notification Search page appears.

  2. Enter the notification search criteria as appropriate, and click Search.

    The Notification List populates with all notifications that match your search criteria.

To view notification history for the currently open ticket record

  1. Open the ticket of interest.
  2. Select View, Notification History on the menu bar.

    The Notification History page lists all notifications for the current record.

    Note: Analysts can view all recipients of the notification.
