Current message status (Unsent, Sending Error, Incoming FYI, Cleared)
The message header, which usually contains the ticket number and the activity type.
The first few characters of the message text to use in the search.
The contact who received the notification. Enter the contact name directly in this field, or click the Search icon to search for the contact.
Finds all notifications that were sent on or after this date. Enter a date and/or time in the following format:
mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm am | pm
Or, click the Calendar icon to select the date and time.
Finds all notifications that were sent on or before this date. Enter a date and/or time in the following format:
mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm am | pm
Or, click the Calendar icon to select the date and time.
Select the notification method to use in the search.
Allows you to search for notifications associated with a specific record. Enter the number of the desired record, or click the Search icon to search for the record.
Note: You can click the More icon to display the Additional Search Arguments field. This field is intended only for expert users who understand SQL and Majic and can use it to specify search arguments that are not available in the standard search filter fields. You can enter a SQL WHERE clause in this field to specify an additional search argument.
