View the Stakeholders Notify List

The Stakeholders Notify List is used to update the contacts or groups to be notified whenever the ticket has update activity.You can view the Stakeholders Notify List when opening any ticket type, including incidents, problems, requests, change orders, and issues.

To view the Stakeholders Notify List

  1. Open a ticket, such as a Problem.

    The Problem Detail page appears.

  2. Click View, Stakeholders Notify List.

    The Contact Search page opens.

  3. Complete the fields as appropriate for the contact.

    Note: The list of contacts or groups on the left is the list from which you can choose, and the list on the right reflects the list of contacts or groups that are currently selected to be notified. In both lists, you can make multiple selections using standard multi-select techniques.

  4. Click Save.

    The window closes and your changes are saved.
