Service contracts can be associated with configuration items to identify the level of support the item receives.
To see the service contracts associated with a configuration item, select the Service Contracts tab on the Configuration Item Detail page.
Note: Configuration items are assigned to Service Contracts when the contract is created or edited. They cannot be assigned from this tab in the Detail page.
