View Service Targets for a Service Type

You can view service targets that are assigned to the various service types for tickets.

To view a service target for a service type

  1. On the Administration tab, select Service Desk, Service Types.

    The Service Type List page appears.

  2. Open a service type.
  3. Select from one of the following tabs to show service target templates that are currently linked to service types:
    Request Targets

    Lists service targets that let you manage problem, incident, and request tickets.

    Change Order Targets

    Lists service targets that let you manage change orders.

    Issue Targets

    Lists service targets that let you manage issues.
