Manual Notify

You can send a message about a change order to an end user, vendor, analyst, or anyone else in your service desk database. Record of the manual notification is stored in the Activities List for the change order

To notify users of a change order manually

1. Select the change order from the Change Order List page on the Scoreboard.

   The Change Detail page appears.

2. Select Activities, Manual Notify on the menu bar.

   The Manual Notification page appears.

3. Complete the fields as appropriate.

   The notification is defined.

4. Click Notify.

   The message is sent and the notification activity is recorded.
