Escalate

You can escalate the priority of a change order in order to direct more attention to the change order and increase the speed with which it is resolved. You may need to escalate a change order that has been outstanding for too long or demands an immediate response.

To escalate a change order

  1. Select the change order from the Change Order List page on the Scoreboard.

    The Change Detail page appears.

  2. Select Activities, Escalate on the menu bar.

    The Escalate Change page appears.

  3. Enter the New Priority and update the other activities fields as appropriate.

  4. Click Save.

    The priority of the change order is escalated, and the activity is recorded on the Activities tab on the Change Detail page.
