View the Knowledge History

You can view the history of a Knowledge Document. You view events, such as when the document was created, published, or when the document was linked in a parent-child or tenant relationship.

To view the history

1. Open the Knowledge Document.

   The Knowledge Document opens.

2. Click the History tab.

   The Event list appears.

   The following information is displayed:

   Event

   Indicates the name of event type associated with this row in the Event History list.

   Event Detail

   Displays a link to details about the event.

   Name

   Displays the user that caused the event.

   Time Stamp

   Displays the time of the event.

   Version Number

   Displays the version number of the document.

3. Close the window.
