View Request Events

The Event List contains a record of significant actions that occur regarding a request.

To display the event list for a request

  1. On the Service Desk tab, browse to Requests, Assigned or Unassigned, and select the priority for the desired request.

    The Request List displays.

  2. Select the desired request.

    The Request Detail page displays.

  3. Click the Event Log tab at the bottom of the page.

    A list of events for this request displays.
