Approve or Reject CA Workflow Tasks

You can approve or reject classic CA Workflow tasks that are associated to change orders awaiting CAB review.

To approve or reject CA Workflow tasks

  1. On the Service Desk tab, search for Change Workflow tasks that include the Approval option from the Task Type drop-down list.

    The Change Workflow List page shows tasks with a Pending status.

  2. Do one of the following:
  3. Click Change Workflow Task Details, review the task details, and decide whether to approve or reject the task.
  4. (Optional) Enter comments about the approval or rejection in the Task Comments field.
  5. Click Approve Task or Reject Task.

    The first task status is changed, any comments are saved, and the details for the next task in the list appear automatically.

    Note: You can use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate to the next or previous task without updating the task.

  6. Continue reviewing tasks, and approving or rejecting them until you reach the final task in the list.

    The tasks are approved or rejected and their statuses are changed to Approve or Reject, respectively.

  7. Close the CAB Console.
