Browse the End-User File System

You can browse the end-user file system in a live assistance session. Use the File Browser to transfer from the end user computer to your computer. The File Transfer tool can transfer files in both directions.

To browse a file system

  1. Select File Explorer.

    The File Explorer page appears.

  2. Browse the file system of the end user in the assistance session.
  3. Use the context menu and select Download to transfer files.

    The File Transfer page appears.
