Convert Forum to Knowledge Document

You can convert a forum to a knowledge document.

To convert forum to a document

1. Open a forum.
2. Click Convert to Knowledge Document from the Page Options menu.

   A confirmation message appears.

3. Click OK.

   The Update Document Page opens and the conversion completes.

4. Click the Categories tab and assign the document to a knowledge category.
5. Continue updating the knowledge document.
