Create a Timer Setup Code

You can create new timer setup codes.

To create a timer setup code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Timer Setups on the Administration tab.

   The Timer Setup List page appears.

2. Click Create New.

   The Create New Timer Setup page appears.

3. Fill in the fields as appropriate.

   See Timer Setup Fields for field descriptions.

4. Click Save.

   The new code definition is saved.
