Define the End User Post-Launch Page

The End User Post-Launch Page is the web page that the end users see immediately after they log in to Live Assistance and are placed on hold in a queue. This page can be closed after the end user has logged in and the software has been successfully launched. You can customize the End User Post-Launch Page for a queue or a tenant.

To define the End User Post-Launch Page

  1. Select Adaptations, Page Layout from the Support Automation menu.

    The Page Layout List page appears.

  2. Click End User Post-Launch link.

    The Page Layout Configuration page appears.

  3. Click Edit to modify the settings.

    The Update Page Layout Configuration page appears.

  4. Modify any of the following fields:
    Page URL

    Specifies the location of the page URL.

    External URL

    Select to define the URL as external.

    Click Save.

    The configuration is saved.
