Document an Issue Resolution

You can enter a text description of the issue resolution for future reference.

To document an issue resolution

  1. On the Service Desk tab, browse to Issues, Assigned or Unassigned. Select the priority for the issue you want to edit.

    The Issue List appears.

  2. Select the issue to edit.

    The Issue Detail page appears.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Update Issue page appears.

  4. Select the Resolution tab and enter a description of the issue resolution in the text box.
  5. Click Save.

    The Resolution tab now displays the your text description of the issue resolution.
