Edit a Managed Survey Status

You can edit a managed survey status from the Administration tab.

To edit a managed survey status

  1. Click the Administration tab.

    The Administration page appears.

  2. Click Service Desk, Surveys.

    Click Managed Surveys, Managed Survey Status.

    The Managed Survey Status List appears.

  3. Click an object in the Symbol column.

    The Managed Survey Status Detail page opens.

  4. Click Edit.

    The editable fields appear.

  5. Click Save.

    The template is updated with your changes.

  6. Click Close Window.

    The Managed Survey Status List reappears.
