Managed Survey Status

You can view the default survey status options by navigating to Service Desk, Surveys, Managed Survey Status from the Administration tab.

From this page, you can perform the following tasks:

• Create a new status.
• Edit an existing status.
• Search the Status List.
• Enable or disable a status.

Survey Status symbols, along with their codes, descriptions, and record status appear in the list. The survey symbol is a field that defines the record status of a managed survey.

The following are default Managed Survey Status List symbols:

• Configuration in progress
• Survey Cancelled
• Survey on Hold
• Survey Period Closed
• Survey Period Open
