Edit a Personalized Response
You can update a personalized response that has already been created.
To edit a personalized response:
- On the Scoreboard, choose Search, Personalized Responses.
The Personalized Response Search page displays.
- Fill in the filter fields as desired (or leave all filter fields blank to see a listing of all responses), then click Search.
The Personalized Response List page appears.
- Select the response you want to edit.
The Personalized Response Detail page appears.
- Click Edit.
The Update Personalized Response page appears.
- Edit the fields as desired. Refer to Create Personalized Response for field definitions.
- Click one of the following buttons:
- Save -- Saves the response and closes the window.
- Cancel -- Closes the window without saving any changes.
- Reset -- Resets all fields to the last saved values.
