Edit a Product Code

You can edit product codes.

To edit a product code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Products on the Administration tab.

   The Product List page appears.

2. Select the code you want to edit.

   The Product Detail page appears.

3. Click Edit.

   The Update Product page appears.

4. Edit the fields as appropriate.

   See Product Fields for field descriptions.

5. Click Save.

   The updated code definition is saved.
