Search for a Product Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the product list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for a product code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Products on the Administration tab.

   The Product List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Product Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Product List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
