Edit a Request

You can update a request that has already been created.

To edit a request

  1. On the Service Desk tab, browse to Requests, Assigned or Unassigned. Select the Priority for the request you want to edit.

    The Request List appears.

  2. Select the request.

    The Request Detail window opens.

  3. Click Edit.

    The Update Request window opens.

  4. Edit the fields as appropriate.

  5. Use the controls available on the tabs at the bottom of this page to process the request as appropriate.
