Edit a Timespan Code

You can edit timespan codes.

To edit a timespan code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Timespans on the Administration tab.

   The Timespan List page appears.

2. Select the code you want to edit.

   The Timespan Detail page appears.

3. Click Edit.

   The Update Timespan page appears.

4. Edit the fields as appropriate.

   See Timespan Fields for field descriptions.

5. Click Save.

   The updated code definition is saved.
