Search for a Timespan Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the timespan list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for a timespan code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Timespans on the Administration tab.

   The Timespan List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Timespan Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Timespan List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
