Filter Results in the Knowledge Report Card

The Knowledge Report Card (KRC) displays a list of statistics for documents you have created, such as how many documents you published in the last 30 days. Each user has an individual KRC.

To filter results in the Knowledge Report Card

  1. On the Knowledge Tab, select View, Knowledge Report Card.

    The Knowledge Report Card page appears.

  2. In the KRC window, select 30 days from the "Statistics for" list.
  3. In the Filter by documents list, select Published.

    The number of documents you have published in the last 30 days appear in the document list.
