How to Configure Live Assistance

You configure the Support Automation Analyst Interface to support your assistance session needs. The administrator sets tenant options and configures your Support Automation access.

You can configure Live Assistance as follows:

  1. Launch Live Assistance.
  2. Configure your communication settings.
  3. View the Support Automation Analyst Interface.

    Note: If the end user uses the web client, only chat is enabled. You can request to use the full Support Automation tools by selecting Sessions, Launch Full Tools from the session interface.
