View the Support Automation Analyst Interface

Use the Support Automation Analyst Interface to provide live assistance to end users. You can access Live Assistance from a ticket page or the Support Automation tab.

To view the analyst interface

  1. Log in to CA SDM.

    The CA SDM interface appears.

  2. Do any of the following:
  3. Click Launch.

    The Support Automation Analyst Interface appears.

Note: The Support Automation Analyst Interface measures the server connection quality every 5 minutes and displays it in the session window. Click the connection status to refresh it automatically.
