Insert a Link to a New Ticket

In the HTML Editor you can add a link to a form that creates a new issue or request.

To insert a link to a new ticket form

  1. Select Insert, New Ticket Link.

    The Create a Ticket Link dialog appears.

  2. In Link Text, specify the text to appear as a hyperlink to the new ticket form.
  3. Complete the fields to specify how to create the issue or request for the new ticket.
  4. Click Save.

    The Insert Document closes and the HTML Editor shows a hyperlink to the new ticket form.
