Invite Another Analyst to the Assistance Session

You can invite another analyst to help you in your assistance session. The invited analyst can perform the same support functions as you, and can also take control over the session, if necessary.

To invite another analyst to the session

1. Click Invite Analyst from the active sessions page.

   The list of available analysts appears.

2. Select an analyst from the list, click Add Analyst.

   Messages appear indicating the submitted and accepted invite.

   The other analyst joins the assistance session.
