The Knowledge Management Interface

In the knowledge management interface, the analyst can view bookmarked and new documents. They can also filter the documents displayed using advanced options, and sort the results by relevance, modified date and much more. When users click a category in the left pane, documents for that category are sorted by FAQ rating, so the most useful documents are at the top of the list.
