View Tenants Affected by a CI

You can view a list of the tenants that a CI affects, based on its associated organizations and contacts.

To view tenants affected by a CI

  1. Navigate to a CI Detail page.
  2. Click Affected Tenants.

    The Tenants Affected by CI page lists all tenants that are associated with any organization or contact that has this CI in its environment. The total number of Contacts and Organizations using the CI are also displayed.

Note: This feature is available only if multi-tenancy is installed (in either on or setup mode).
