Look Up My Tickets

You can look up your tickets in the following ways:

• View a list of your existing incident or request tickets (open or closed).
• View a list of your existing change order tickets (open or closed).
• Go directly to the ticket record for an incident, request, or change order by entering the ticket number in the search area and clicking Go.
