Once a document arrives in an Inbox folder on the CA SDM Scoreboard, users can perform their assigned tasks by modifying their documents according their assigned roles (for example, an analyst may be responsible for checking the technical content of the document, while another checks the formatting).
All users with full permission to the document can modify the document. The current owner has full permissions to the document but may not have explicit write permissions. Only the owner can change the owner of the document (on the Attributes tab).
After finishing the changes, the analyst saves the document by clicking Save.
