When you are finished adding information to the document and you have saved it to the knowledge base, you can then publish it.
Use the publish dialog to specify an owner for the document once it is published and optionally, a comment about the document. This user is responsible for the document once it is published.
Once the owner is specified, click OK. A confirmation dialog appears informing you that ownership of the document is for the selected user. Click OK to publish the document, which also makes it a part of the public knowledge base on the start date, which by default, is the current date.
