View Problem Events

The Event List contains a record of significant actions that occur regarding a problem.

Follow these steps:

  1. On the Service Desk tab, browse to Problems, Assigned or Unassigned, and select the priority for the desired problem.

    The Problem List displays.

  2. Select the desired problem.

    The Problem Detail page displays.

  3. Click the Event Log tab at the bottom of the page.

    A list of events for this problem displays.
