Rollback to a Previous Version
If there is a problem with the current version, you can rollback to a previous version of a published document.
Before you begin, consider the following:
- When performing a rollback of a published document, the earlier version appears in the document list as a new rework-draft document that must be re-published in order to replace the published document.
- When performing a rollback of a draft document, the content of the current document is replaced with that of the earlier version. The document remains in "draft" status until it is published.
