Search for a Contact Type Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the contact type list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for a contact type code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Contact Types on the Administration tab.

   The Contact Type List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Contact Type Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Contact Type List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
