Search for an End User Role Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the end user role list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for an end user role code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, End User Roles on the Administration tab.

   The End User Roles List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See End User Role Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The End User Roles List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
