Search for an Impact Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the impact list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for an impact code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Impacts on the Administration tab.

   The Impact List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Impact Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Impact List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
