Search for a Reporting Method Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the reporting method list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for a reporting method code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Reporting Methods on the Administration tab.

   The Reporting Method List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Reporting Method Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Reporting Method List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
