Search for a Timezone Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the timezone list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for a timezone code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Timezones on the Administration tab.

   The Timezone List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Timezone Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Timezone List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
