Search for an Urgency Code

You can enter search criteria to filter the urgency list to display only the codes of interest.

To search for an urgency code

1. Select Service Desk, Application Data, Codes, Urgencies on the Administration tab.

   The Urgency List page appears.

2. Enter values the filter to limit the list to the codes of interest.

   See Urgency Fields for field descriptions.

3. Click Search.

   The Urgency List page displays the codes that match your search criteria.
