Urgencies

Urgency codes indicate the importance of the user tasks affected by a ticket. You assign urgency codes to tickets based on how it affects user tasks. Urgency codes can be used to select and sort information and to organize it for reports.

You can change the symbols for urgency codes by updating the text in the predefined code. The predefined urgency codes are:

1-When Possible

2-Soon

3-Quickly

4-Very Quickly

5-Immediate

Note: You can edit the predefined urgency codes, but you cannot delete them or create new ones.
