Search for Items

You can use the Search feature on a Scoreboard tab to locate items such as incidents, problems, requests, and so on. The Search feature also allows you to filter the item lists to display only those items you wish to see. For example, you can enter search criteria for an issue, and the Issue List displays only those items that match your criteria.

To search for an item

  1. On a Scoreboard tab, click Search on the menu bar.

    The drop-down menu displays all the items you can search for.

  2. Select an item type.

    The Search window opens for the selected item type.

  3. Complete one or more of the search fields.

    For fields with a Lookup Icon icon, you can either enter a value directly or click the icon to select from a list of available values.

  4. Click Search.

    The item list populates with all items that match your search criteria.
