Submit Risk Survey

You submit the risk survey when there is risk associated with a change category and the risk survey button appears on the change order.

To submit the risk survey

1. On the Change Order Detail page, click Risk Survey.

   The risk survey appears.

2. Answer the questions submit the risk survey.

   The Change Order Detail page updates with the calculated risk level.
