Risk Evaluation

You use the Risk Survey to evaluate the risk of a change order that is associated with a change category. The Change Manager creates a risk survey and associates it with any change category. The survey lists a series of single or multiple choice questions. Each answer has its own weightage value. When creating a change order, the user selects the appropriate answers and submits the survey. The risk level is based on weightages of answers selected by the user.
